🛒 FOR SHOPPERS

Orders & Delivery

Browse products, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or checkout as a guest. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Delivery times vary by seller, but most UK orders arrive within 3-7 working days. Each seller sets their own shipping options, which you can see on the product page. You’ll receive tracking information once dispatched.
Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. Click on your order to see its status and tracking information. You’ll also receive email updates when your order is dispatched.
Check your order tracking in ‘My Orders’. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the seller directly through your order page. If unresolved, contact our support team.
Contact the seller directly through your order page to request changes or cancellation. Sellers may not be able to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Each seller sets their own return policy. You can find this on the product page before buying. Most sellers accept returns within 14-30 days for unworn items with tags attached.
Go to ‘My Orders’, find the order, and click ‘Request Return’. Select the item(s) and your reason. The seller will provide return instructions.
Once the seller receives and inspects your return, they’ll process your refund. This typically takes 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
Contact the seller immediately through your order page with photos. Most sellers will arrange a replacement or refund. If unresolved, contact our support team.

Account & Payments

Click ‘Sign Up’ in the top menu. Enter your email, create a password, and fill in your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Click ‘Login’ then ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your email and we’ll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We never store your full card details, and sellers never see your payment information.

Getting Started

 

 

Visit our ‘Sell on Dripscan’ page and complete the application. Tell us about your brand, what you sell, and share product images. We review applications within 48 hours.
We welcome independent fashion and beauty brands based in the UK — clothing labels, streetwear, accessories, skincare, and beauty creators. We review every application for quality and fit.
Yes! Our Starter plan is free — no monthly fees. We only take commission when you sell. Upgrade to Growth (£20/month) or Pro (£79/month) for more features and lower commission.
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We’ll email you with the outcome and next steps.

Products & Store

Log into your seller dashboard and click ‘Add Product’. Enter title, description, price, upload images, set shipping options and stock levels, then publish.
Starter (free): 20 products. Growth (£20/month): 200 products. Pro (£79/month): Unlimited.
No counterfeit items, used clothing (unless clearly vintage), trademark-infringing items, or anything illegal. See our seller policies for the full list.
In your seller dashboard, find the product under ‘My Products’ and click ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’. Changes are immediate.

Orders & Fulfilment

When you receive an order, you’ll get an email notification. Go to your dashboard, view order details, pack the item, and ship it. Mark the order as ‘Shipped’ and add tracking info.
You handle shipping directly to customers. Set your own shipping rates and methods. We provide the customer’s address through your dashboard.
You’ll receive a return request notification. Review it in your dashboard and respond to the customer with return instructions. Process refunds once you receive the item back.

Payments & Plans

Payments are processed weekly. Once an order is marked as delivered, funds are added to your balance. You can withdraw to your bank account or PayPal.
Starter (free): 20% commission. Growth (£20/month): 12% commission. Pro (£79/month): 8% commission.
Go to your seller dashboard, click ‘Subscription’ or ‘My Plan’, and select the plan you want to upgrade to. Changes take effect immediately.
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. You’ll keep your current plan benefits until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free Starter plan.
