Common Questions

Delivery times vary depending on the seller and shipping method. Most UK orders arrive within 3-7 working days. You can track your order status in your account under ‘My Orders’. Each seller sets their own shipping policies, which you can view on their store page.

Returns are handled directly with the seller. Go to ‘My Orders’, find the order, and click ‘Request Return’. The seller will receive your request and provide return instructions. Each seller has their own returns policy, which is shown on the product page before you buy.

Yes. All payments on Dripscan are processed securely through our payment provider. We support major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Your payment details are never shared with sellers.

You can message a seller directly from their store page or from your order details. Click ‘Contact Seller’ and send your message. Most sellers respond within 24-48 hours.

First, check your order tracking in ‘My Orders’. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the seller. If you can’t resolve it with the seller, reach out to us at he**@******an.com and we’ll help investigate.

If you’re a fashion or beauty brand, you can apply to sell on Dripscan. Visit our ‘Sell on Dripscan’ page and complete the application form. We review applications within 48 hours and will email you with next steps.
